Howdy! Join me for a quick discussion on shop layouts and what I found to be the best methods for keeping it flexible. We go through a couple of different ways of organizing and moving around toolboxes, workbenches, and desks.
I try to keep my shop generic as I do mostly metal but also wood and 3d printing. I could be working on anything from a lawn mower to a boat or travel trailer. My shop has been rearranged many times in the last 2 years both as I built the shop and as I fit different projects inside.
I think I found some pretty cool methods for making heavy objects mobile for cheap. Check it out and let me know what you think!
This is the way I did it, I would love to hear your feedback on what has worked for you in your shop. Hope you get some ideas!
Now YOU, go outside and work on something!
