Finally concrete!!! Huge pour day included a large crew + a pump truck we had to get because of the heated floors.

Today we finish up installing the foam, staple down the PEX tubing for the radiant heat, and set up the manifold. Also, the plumbers rough in for the shower, toilet, and sink!

Today we prep for the radiant heated floor tubing by laying down the foam, building forms, and double checking layout measurements.

Today we tackle some dirt work, gravel, vapor barrier, gutters, and some temporary lighting! Snow and rain won’t stop us (though we got both).

Time for an update. Crews will be showing up starting tomorrow! This will bring us up to date on the pole barn pad and some pre-work we have been doing with skid steers, chainsaws, stump grinders, and trailers.
